These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between fd77 ("fd77", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and you ("User", "Player", "you", "your") and govern all aspects of your access to and use of the fd77 online gaming platform accessible at fd77.games, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, fishing games, and all other gaming products and services offered therein.

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one fd77 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, date of birth, email address, and contact number. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• KYC Verification: fd77 is required to verify the identity of all account holders prior to processing withdrawals. You must submit a valid copy of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) and any additional documents requested. Failure to complete verification will result in withdrawal restrictions.
• Account Currency: All fd77 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The account currency cannot be changed once an account has been created.
• Account Ownership: Your fd77 account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your account or any portion of your account balance to any third party.

fd77 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for doing so.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your fd77 account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Select a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform or service.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Log out of your fd77 account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify fd77 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or suspicious activity on your account.

fd77 will not be liable for any losses, direct or indirect, arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. fd77 support staff will never ask you for your password under any circumstances — any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to fd77 immediately.

fd77 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all processed natively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR):

• EasyPaisa mobile wallet
• HBL bank transfer
• UBL bank transfer
• Meezan Bank transfer
• Visa debit and credit card
• Mastercard debit and credit card

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. fd77 strictly prohibits the use of payment methods belonging to third parties. Deposits made from unverified or third-party payment sources may be reversed, and associated accounts may be suspended pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method. Current limits are displayed within your fd77 account dashboard and are subject to change. fd77 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which fd77 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Identity Verification: Full KYC verification, including CNIC submission, must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. Accounts with incomplete verification will have withdrawals held pending document submission.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. fd77 reserves the right to request that withdrawals be routed via a specific method in order to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.
• Minimum Withdrawal: A minimum withdrawal amount applies per transaction. The current minimum is displayed within your account dashboard.
• Processing Times: fd77 endeavours to process verified withdrawal requests within the timeframe communicated at the time of request. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and applicable verification requirements.
• Bonus Wagering: Where a bonus has been credited to your account, any applicable wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before the bonus-derived portion of your balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.

fd77 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on any withdrawal request where it deems this necessary for fraud prevention or regulatory compliance purposes. Such checks may extend the standard processing time.

fd77 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, supplemented by the specific terms communicated with each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible, verified fd77 account holders only. fd77 reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be made. The applicable wagering requirement and eligible games are specified in the individual promotion terms.

• fd77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the fd77 platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are set out in the relevant sections of the platform and form part of these Terms:

• All bets are final once confirmed. fd77 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after confirmation except where explicitly permitted by applicable game or sport rules.
• fd77 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where the odds were manifestly incorrect due to a technical fault, or where the integrity of the event is in question.
• Maximum bet limits apply across all markets and game types. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface and may be adjusted by fd77 at any time without prior notice.
• Winnings are credited to your PKR account balance upon settlement of the relevant event or game outcome. Settlement times vary by product and are indicated within the platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fd77 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary account suspension for a defined period. During a cooling-off period, the account cannot be accessed and no exceptions or early reinstatements will be granted.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the fd77 platform solely for your personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to:

Any unauthorised use of fd77 intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fd77 hereby disclaims all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the fd77 platform, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable.
• Service interruptions, downtime, technical faults, or platform unavailability caused by circumstances beyond fd77's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider failures, force majeure events, or third-party infrastructure outages.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information displayed on the platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate due to a technical error.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with account security obligations as set out in Section 4 of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit fd77's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

fd77's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your fd77 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fd77 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By creating an fd77 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the fd77 Privacy Policy.

fd77 reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, fd77 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via email to the registered address associated with your account and/or via a prominent notice on the platform prior to the amended Terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the fd77 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure through the fd77 support team.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. fd77 recommends reviewing these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which fd77 holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of any dispute between you and fd77 arising from these Terms or your use of the platform, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. Where direct resolution is not achieved within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body as specified by fd77.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent fd77 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate business interests.
